Core responsibilities:

  • Meet or Exceed minimum quarterly/annual production goals for assigned Region
  • Identify, qualify, develop and manage dealer relationships in Region for all product categories
  • Develop and build value-added relationships with all distribution channels in Region
  • Represent company at trade shows and industry related meetings or functions
  • Coordinate program implementation, including program marketing efforts both internally and externally.
  • Track and monitor sales for Region to measure program performance
  • Develop sales forecast for Region

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Business development/direct sales experience; minimum 3 years in high-touch, automotive dealer services oriented industry.
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Ability to drive and manage all aspects of program sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Automotive industry.
  • Extensive networking abilities and existing relationships a plus
  • Technologically proficient
  • Ability and willingness to travel
